Covid-19 Protocols and Policy

I am Temporarily home-based. I am Only taking New clients through  client referral's.

If you are having cold or flu like symptoms you have to cancel your appointment and reschedule when you are fully recovered. You will ONLY have 1 chance to reschedule with the deposit that's already paid.

Everyone is required to wear a mask throughout the whole service.

Everyone must sanitize their hands when they arrive.

All temperature must be taken upon arrival.

There are different categories to choose from when booking.  For fast checkout choose a category, then the service your looking for.

A $25 Non-Refundable deposit is required before booking, and it is included in your service total. The deposit is to hold your spot and pay for your hair. When booking online you have an option to pay through paypal, enter your credit or debit card, or pay in person Tuesday or Saturday between 9am & 2pm. (Turn in 48 hrs or earlier before your appointment).

At the time of service payment, I accept... Cash,  Cash app & payments at  www.paypal.me/capricehb. 

If you are late past 15 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. 

If you are not able to make it, Please cancel  24 hours ahead of time. If you are a no call no show, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Result in non payment you will not be able to book again.

No extra people are allowed at the time of service. and no children are allowed unless being serviced.

Wash is not included at the moment. Braiding hair is included. I use queen b, x pression, and freetress brands. Do not bring anything with a blunt cut as I will not pre-stretch the hair. I include colors 1,1b,2,&4. All other colors must be purchased by the client. Hair must be four inches long in order for me to grip it. Also, those who come already washed, your hair have to be oil and product free. Also, Everyone is allowed to change their style up to 24 hours ahead of time.
